Notice regarding the deadline under the specified investors’ system

Based on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the specified investors’ system is used to classify investor customers according to their level of knowledge and experience. Investor customers will either be classified as “specified investors” or as “general investors” if they are non-specified investors. Under this regulatory system, specific restrictions will not apply for specified investors.

At Realize Corporation, we have set the period of validity (deadline) to transition a “general investor” to a “specified investor” at 1 year.
